Centric Telecom

I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what a great job the Centric team did in coordinating the transfer to our new system, both in terms of our new equipment and in interfacing with XO.  As you can imagine, telephones are the life blood of a law firm and my biggest concern was that there would be a problem causing us to lose service.  I also want to commend Eddie who was responsible for our installation for his patience and diligence.  The support and training have also been terrific. 

In short, we are very satisfied and I am sure that the benefits of the new system will be enjoyed by all our attorneys and staff. 

I have been working with Linda Rayland and Khanh Ho for going on four years now, and I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that I have never once been disappointed in their work efforts.  Both Linda and Kahn have worked tirelessly to help resolve issues with Verizon, have always been pleasant to work with, and respond to any of my questions or service requests with an immediacy that most other companies have forgotten about.  I’m certain my company is not Centric Telecom’s only client, but the personal attention Linda and Kahn give certainly makes it feel that way.  I am very grateful for all the help they have provided, and it is because of them that Centric Telecom has a loyal customer in Red Team Consulting.
